Privacy Policy

Applas is operated by EMENI HOLDINGS LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, at applas.ai. For any privacy question or request, email saucenashion@gmail.com.

• Account data, email address, display name, avatar, and authentication data (email and password, stored hashed, or Google sign-in).
• Application data, job applications, companies, contacts, notes, deadlines, and stages that you enter or import.
• Education data, undergraduate and graduate institution, GPA range, graduation year, and field of study. This is optional and user-provided, and is used to generate cohort comparisons such as School comparison.
• Industry selection, the field you choose during onboarding, used to scope percentile comparisons.
• Usage data, feature usage and AI link imports (link and text extraction) counts, used for quotas, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
• Product engagement data, in-app progress associated with features like streaks, gems, and the mindfulness rooms.
• Waitlist data, email addresses submitted to the Applas Ultra waitlist, including from visitors who are not signed in, stored solely to notify them when the feature becomes available.
• Technical logs, IP address, browser type, and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.

If we introduce optional email scanning in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before enabling it for your account.

We use your data to run Applas for you: to display your pipeline, generate AI output when you request it, produce aggregated comparisons, send transactional email such as password resets and receipts, and process payments if you subscribe to Applas Pro. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

School comparison, industry percentile, and similar features compare your own activity against aggregated, de-identified cohort data drawn from other Applas users.

• We never display any individual user's data to another user.
• Comparisons are computed only from aggregated, de-identified cohort data, never from a named or identifiable individual record.
• A comparison is only computed once the cohort meets a minimum group size. Below that threshold the comparison is suppressed entirely rather than computed from a small group.

When you use AI features (AI link imports, which are link and text extraction, plus briefings and Company Insights), the relevant content is sent to third-party AI model providers strictly to generate the response for you. This can include job posting text and the application data needed for that request. Requests are not used for provider-side model training, and AI runs only when you explicitly trigger it.

Applas uses a small set of first-party cookies and browser local storage required for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences (theme, text size, sound, column layout). We use privacy-friendly product analytics, no cross-site tracking and no ad networks.

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account exists. We do not currently delete data on an automatic schedule, and we do not operate a fixed purge or backup-rotation timetable.

You can export a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Account. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data by emailing saucenashion@gmail.com, and we will action the request within a reasonable period. Waitlist emails are kept until the feature launches or you ask us to remove them. Payment and tax records are retained for as long as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK, and California, you may have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email saucenashion@gmail.com from the address on your account; we respond within 30 days.

• Access, ask what we hold about you, or view it directly in the app.
• Correction, fix inaccurate data, in Settings or by email.
• Deletion, delete your account and data from Settings → Account or by request.
• Portability, export your data from Settings, or ask us for a copy.
• Objection and restriction, where applicable law provides it, object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and logged, and row-level security scopes every database query to your account. No system is perfectly secure, use a unique, strong password, and tell us if you suspect a problem.

Applas is operated from the United States. The service may be accessed from other countries, and information from users outside the United States will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We may restrict access from certain regions for legal or operational reasons.

Applas accounts are for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete the data.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.
