Terms of Service

Applas is operated by EMENI HOLDINGS LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). The service is available at applas.ai. You can reach us at saucenashion@gmail.com.

You need a valid email and a password, or a Google account, to use Applas. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Applas accounts are for people 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at saucenashion@gmail.com.

Applas Basic, $0. Unlimited manual application tracking, spreadsheet and kanban views, notes, deadlines, industry-tailored stages, Personal Insights (momentum, streaks, industry percentile), and all mindfulness features (Bonsai, Puppies for Progress, Break Room). Includes 10 AI link imports per month.

Applas Pro, $8 per month, or $20 billed every 3 months (the "Semester Plan"). Both billing options provide identical features: everything in Basic, plus unlimited AI link import, Company Insights, School comparison, follow-up reminders, deeper AI insights, weekly briefing, and the application map.

Applas Ultra, $15 per month. Not currently available for purchase. Ultra is listed as an upcoming plan only. Nothing described as part of Ultra is provided today.

We may change the limits of the free tier, including the number of monthly AI link imports (link and text extraction) and which features are included, with reasonable advance notice through the product or by email. Marketing copy describing the free tier is a description of the current offering, not a permanent commitment.

Applas Pro is offered on two billing options: $8 per month, or $20 every 3 months. Both give access to the same features. Applas Ultra is not currently available for purchase.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details; Stripe processes and stores that information under its own terms. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Both Applas Pro billing options renew automatically until you cancel. The monthly plan renews at $8 every month. The Semester Plan renews at $20 every 3 months. Renewal charges are made to the payment method on file at the start of each new period.

How to cancel: open the billing portal from Settings at any time and cancel there. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.

After you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to Applas Basic. We do not prorate or credit partial periods.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice, sent to the email associated with your account or shown in the product. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after that renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you don't accept it, cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your Applas Pro subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge on a new subscription. Renewal charges are not refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a paid period. To request a refund, contact saucenashion@gmail.com. Where applicable law provides a non-waivable right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital subscriptions, that right applies notwithstanding this section.

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancelling only stops future charges , it does not return money already charged. If you want money back for a charge already made, email us and ask for a refund separately.

Features described anywhere in Applas as "coming soon", including Applas Ultra and inbox scanning, are not currently available, are not included in any paid plan, and may change or never ship.

Joining a waitlist creates no purchase obligation on either side, and no guarantee of access, pricing, or timing.

Applas uses AI to extract job posting details and to generate insights, briefings, and company information.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Fields populated by AI are marked with a confidence indicator in the product, and you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

Company Insights reflect information inferred from publicly available web sources. They are not statements by, or endorsements from, the companies described.

Applas provides no career, employment, or hiring advice, and makes no representation about job outcomes, interview results, or employment prospects.

Use Applas to track your own job search, or that of the people you personally support. You may not scrape Applas, access it through automated or bulk means, resell or redistribute insights or aggregate data generated by Applas, or upload unlawful content. Automated abuse of the AI features is not permitted.

Applas can import details from a job posting link or from text you paste. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party job posting content complies with those sites' terms of use.

You own the applications, notes, and drafts you create in Applas. You grant us the limited permission required to display, process, and back up that content in order to run the service for you. We claim no rights beyond that.

Applas is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it in advance.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used unlawfully, or poses a risk to the service or to other users.

After termination, your applications, notes, activity, and profile are deleted within 30 days, and backup copies roll off within 90 days. Records we are required to keep, for example, payment and tax records, are retained as required by law.

Applas is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages arising from your use of the service. To the extent a limitation of liability applies, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product before they take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Applas after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using Applas and cancel any paid plan before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and EMENI HOLDINGS LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
