Terms of Service

You need a valid email and a password (or a Google account) to use Trackr. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use Trackr for tracking your own job search or that of the people you personally support. Don't use it to scrape sites at scale, harass companies or recruiters, violate any laws, or attempt to disrupt the service. Automated abuse of the AI copilot is not permitted.

Free accounts include unlimited manual application tracking and a monthly quota of AI extractions. Premium is a paid subscription that lifts the AI quota and unlocks weekly briefs and company insights. Pricing shown at checkout applies.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout and, where supported, filed on your behalf. Refunds are handled case by case.

You can cancel Premium anytime from Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You keep Premium features until the end of the current billing period, then automatically revert to Free.

You own the applications, notes, and drafts you create in Trackr. You grant us the limited permission required to display, process, and back up that content in order to run the service for you. We don't claim rights beyond that.

AI features generate suggestions and summaries based on your input. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI output before sending it to a real person or making a decision based on it.

We do our best to keep Trackr fast and reliable but don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; when we do, we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

Trackr is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
