Refund Policy

This policy applies to Applas Pro subscriptions purchased at applas.ai. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Refunds
You may cancel your Applas Pro subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge on a new subscription. Renewal charges are not refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a paid period. To request a refund, contact saucenashion@gmail.com. Where applicable law provides a non-waivable right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital subscriptions, that right applies notwithstanding this section.
2. Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. Cancelling stops future charges only, it does not return money already charged. If you want money back for a charge that has already been made, email us and request a refund separately.
3. How to request a refund
Email saucenashion@gmail.com from the address on your account, and include the date of the charge. To cancel, open the billing portal from Settings at any time. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
